5. Payment Policy

 

5.1 The Client agrees to make a payment to OMNIA London Limited on the day of completion, immediately following the completion of the service(s) provided by OMNIA London Limited, unless otherwise agreed in writing by OMNIA London Limited. A reference confirming that the payment has been made must be given to our team at info@omnialondon.com

 

5.2 Payments can be made by Cash or Bank Transfer . All payments should be made to OMNIA London Limited.

 

5.3 The Client agrees that, unless otherwise agreed in writing by OMNIA London Limited, invoices which remain unpaid for more than 15 days for residential clients and more than 30 days for business clients and clients working under the CIS scheme following the day of completion of services will be subject to an interest at the rate of at least 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate on the amount due. In such cases OMNIA London Limited may decide to instruct a third party for debt collection and/or to register a CCJ for payment collection.

 

Where point 5.3 applies, the Client may incur additional charges in relation to CCJ registration including the relevant current court fees, plus £130 legal admin fee and an interest claim.

 

Any alterations to the rates specified in the quotation provided by OMNIA London Limited shall be subject to written confirmation following any verbal discussions and agreements between the Client and OMNIA London Limited.

 

 

We have a flexible options of payment:

Parting with the full project cost can be a little daunting and may leave you feeling a little unsure without first seeing the end product. All our ‘’FIXED’’ projects (website development, branding, setup etc) work off on a 4 phase payment process which staggers the payment across each stage of the project

 This allows you to view progress as you make payment, as well as reducing the financial burden on your business by shortening the time period between cash spend and ROI.

 

1st Stage: DISCOVERY/RESEARCH (25% deposit)

Our team will perform research and discovery to plan and inform the phases of the project

 

2ND Stage: DESIGN (25% deposit)

Our team in a collaborative process from end-to-end, designers take place and start working on your visuals 

 

3RD Stage: DEVELOPMENT (25% deposit)

Developers work together with the designing team in order to create the digital version of the site in both Web and Mobile versions.

 

4TH Stage: TESTING/DELIVERY (25% deposit)

Your project is ready to lunch. Final step to join our digital world and make your business stand out in the market.

All subscription payments from Clients agreed to OMNIA London Limited for our services are made in a 5 days period between our agreed day of payment on invoices every month. Penalties and 10% fees included if the payments are not made on time.
